Publication of a Special Issue edited by Prof. Haregeweyn
One of the IPDRE faculty members‒Specially-appointed Professor Nigussie Haregeweyn Ayehu‒ was invited by the FAO as a Guest Editor for the Special Issue (SI) of the International Soil and Water Conservation Research Journal (Elsevier®) with impact factor = 6.027 (2020).
We are happy to announce that the SI he worked on has been published in December 2020. The journal is organized by the World Association of Soil and Water Conservation (WASWAC) in partnership with UNESCO, International Research and Training Center on Erosion and Sedimentation, China Water & Power Press and China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research.

This SI focuses on creation, consolidation, and harmonization of soil erosion assessment, tools and data.
