FY 2019 Mid-termreview of Department of Dryland Science for 1st year master students was held at the Public Relations Center of Tottori University on Friday, November 29.

 

In the mid-term review, students give presentations on their research and its progress to show the current situation of their study.

The aim of this mid-term review is to improve students’ research contents by discussing with professors and other students, and to strengthen their ability of thinking and presentation.

 

1st year students and 2nd year student who entered last October gave 2 mins short-talk and poster presentation. Professors and undergraduate students joined the discussions.

 

All announcements were given in English during the event, and the international students and professors were also joining discussions actively.

It was definitely a great event and also unique to our department in that attendees have internationally variety of different back grounds.
