AY2026 Student Orientation for the First Year Doctoral Students, Department of Dryland Science
The 2026 new student orientation for the Department of Dryland Science, Graduate School of Sustainability Science was held at 10:00 AM on Friday, April 3 in the University Seminar Room, School of Agriculture.
At the orientation, the head of the Department Koji Inosako congratulated and encouraged first-year doctoral students who had registered for admission at 9:00 AM. Following the congratulatory remark, Vice Dean Katsuyuki Shimizu provided detailed explanations regarding the courses and timetable of the Department of Dryland Sciences, and the student life guidance and the student assistance programs at the university. Another Vice Dean, Haruyuki introduced international educational programs Tottori University offers, including the field study course in Morocco, TU-ITP (Tottori University International Training Program) and a field study program in Poland.
